Start taking your formulas as soon as they arrive, what day of the month you begin is not important for these formulas.
Please take 2 pills from each bottle twice per day with food.
Drink with warm water to wash them down and dissolve into your system as fast as possible.
Please take your formulas with or very close to food.
DO NOT take on an empty stomach.
If you feel any discomfort when taking the formulas, have a glass of hot water or two and a little something to eat. This should restore your stomach quickly.

I had a AMH of 0.2 and FSH of 14 I am 42 my husband count was a little on the low side we took this for 7 month first menovance 2 for 3 months second order the menovance 3 but the time we finished the second order I was pregnant it really do work the key is to have Patient . I wish you guys all the best I never thought it could happen but it did.

My period is late! Is something wrong?
It is not uncommon for a woman’s cycle to change in the first month of taking the formulas. It does not happen to every woman, but it has been reported often enough to make mention of it. As a general rule the menstrual cycle returns to normal the next month.
if you are using any of the “Return the Period” or “PCOS” formulas, please wait for the medicine to take effect and restore your normal menstrual cycle. Once you have had two regular periods in a row, you know the formulas have worked.
If everything is normal, and you have been taking the formulas successfully for some time, and your period is late… do a pregnancy test. This is the most common reason why our clients have late periods.
