Refund and Returns Policy

Once your order has left our warehouse the products therein are now your property and remain your property until such time as the order is received by the warehouse once again in the case of a return.

Your products can be returned or swapped within 30 days of receiving your order. If you want to return your products for a refund the policy is super easy:

  • Contact our postmaster [email protected] requesting a return.
  • Once approved a return-to-warehouse shipping label will be sent to you to print out. Please attach it to your order and return it to the post office.
  • Once your return is processed back in the warehouse your refund will be issued in 1 – 3 business days.
  • You must not refuse delivery of your order by way of return – too often we do not receive the products back and a refund cannot be processed.
  • The products have not been returned to the warehouse.
  • The product was purchased using a discount code or during a sale.
  • Bottles opened by customs officials are not judged as damaged in transit and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
  • The product is used, does not have the foil security seal intact, or is damaged.
  • Return procedures have not been followed and the products cannot be successfully received by the warehouse.

International shipping returns outside of the USA may incur a return shipping charge. Returns within the United States are free.


If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.


Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
