How do I track my delivery?

Tracking advice will be typically be sent to your account and email address within 3 business days of your initial order. The email is titled “Your delivery is on its way!” Please check your spam mail if you have not received it. You can also login to your account  for this information.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Florida USA.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Typically your order is processed through to the warehouse immediately and shipped within 24 hours of purchase unless it is a weekend.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Orders made with the United States are typically delivered within 2 – 5 days depending on where you are.

International orders tend to arrive in the country within 5 – 7 days, however, customs and waiting for payment of whatever duties they wish to charge tend to add more time to the actual delivery.

Canadian customs are super slow. South African customs are even slower. Everywhere else seems to be pretty good.
