RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Advanced Fertility Solutions.
If you have any problem with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Your products can be returned or swapped within 30 days of receiving your order. If you want to return your products for a refund the policy is super easy:
- Contact our postmaster [email protected] requesting a return.
- Once approved a return-to-warehouse shipping label will be sent to you to print out. Please attach it to your order and return it to the post office.
- Once your return is processed back in the warehouse your refund will be issued 1 – 3 business days.
- You may also refuse delivery of your order and it will be shipped back to the warehouse. It may take a little longer for your return to be processed.
Special circumstances where refunds are refused.

The product was purchased using a discount code or during a sale.
- Bottles opened by customs officials are not judged as damaged in transit, and not eligible for replacement or refund.
- The product is used, does not have the foil security seal intact, or is damaged.
Shipping charges
International shipping returns outside of the USA may incur a return shipping charge. Returns within the United States are free.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
