RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Advanced Fertility Solutions.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The product is NOT A SALE ITEM.

  • The product is not used, had the foil security seal broken, or damaged.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Purchased products that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for refund or return.

Please contact us with any problems you may be experiencing before returning your products.

Please refer to the manual that accompanies your purchase to troubleshoot any problems you any experience taking the products.

Important: Any order that is refused delivery, and is sent back to China, instead of the address above, is not eligible for a refund.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Advanced Fertility Solutions.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
