RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Advanced Fertility Solutions.

If you have any problem with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Once your order has left our warehouse the products therein are now your property and remain your property until such time as the order is received by the warehouse once again in the case of a return.

Your products can be returned or swapped within 30 days of receiving your order. If you want to return your products for a refund the policy is super easy:

  • Contact our postmaster postmaster@advancedfertilitysolutions.com requesting a return.
  • Once approved a return-to-warehouse shipping label will be sent to you to print out. Please attach it to your order and return it to the post office.
  • Once your return is processed back in the warehouse your refund will be issued 1 – 3 business days.
  • You must not refuse delivery of your order by way of return – too often we do not receive the products back and a refund cannot be processed.
Special circumstances where refunds are refused.
  • The products have not been returned to the warehouse.
  • The product was purchased using a discount code or during a sale.
  • Bottles opened by customs officials are not judged as damaged in transit, and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • The product is used, does not have the foil security seal intact, or is damaged.

  • Return procedures have not been followed and the products cannot be successfully received by the warehouse.

Shipping charges

International shipping returns outside of the USA may incur a return shipping charge. Returns within the United States are free.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
